First off, people should not “need” a reason to vote. We, as citizens should vote. To vote is a constitutional right, it is a patriotic act. It is the very foundation of democracy: the right to choose our leaders. It sends a message: I have the political will to get out there and cast my lot for this country. To be of voting age and not vote is still something that repels me; compels me to ask: “now what are YOU complaining about?” But I digress. Continue reading
